Has anyone tried resetting the engine control unit (ECU)? Sometimes that can solve the issue temporarily, but it might mean a deeper problem is lurking.
I’ve done that as well! It worked for a few days, but it eventually came back. Just a band-aid fix in my case.
I read that some GMC Acadia models have known issues with faulty fuel injectors. Maybe it’s worth checking with a mechanic if you suspect fuel delivery problems.
